Welcome to Aromastories! We Love to offer Free Shipping, however, we can only offer it to the continental United States. For international orders, we will reach out to collect the shipping before we ship your order. If you don't like the shipping costs, we will refund your money. Thank you for understanding!

Refunds:

Generally, we don't give refunds and we don't accept returns because of the nature of the product. We ask that you give the product to someone who would like it. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please reach out.

Essential Oils:

We never give refunds on essential oils. Once it's out of our hands and into yours, it is done. Our Leaf and Spirit essential oils are of the best.

Butter Melting:

If it's hot, your butter can melt at about 90F.  In that case we recommend keeping it refrigerated.

Butter Storage:

If you have stocked up on butters, please put the ones you are not using in the fridge until you are ready for them. Butters keep nicely in the fridge all year round.
